Captain Ismail ‘Isma’ Hasan

Credentials: Ahli Nautika Tingkat II (ANT II) Marine License, Certified Divemaster (PADI), 20+ years as a Phinisi Captain in Eastern Indonesia.
Bio: A native of Sulawesi and a true man of the sea, Captain Isma is the heart of our on-water operations. He has navigated the challenging currents of the Komodo archipelago for over two decades, commanding some of the most respected phinisi yachts in the region. His primary role is to audit our partner fleet for safety compliance, from engine room maintenance to the availability of SOLAS-grade safety equipment. Captain Isma also leads our crew training programs, instilling a culture of safety and impeccable seamanship across our network.
Dewi Lestari
Lead Travel Curator & Permitting Specialist
Credentials: Certified Tour Guide (HPI – Himpunan Pramuwisata Indonesia), Expert in SIORA & National Park Regulations.
Bio: Dewi is our logistics and regulatory guru. A native of Flores, she possesses an encyclopedic knowledge of Komodo National Park’s ever-changing rules. She manages our dedicated desk for processing all Komodo visitor permits through the official SIORA online system, ensuring 100% compliance and zero friction for our clients. Dewi’s expertise is crucial in crafting intelligent itineraries that optimize wildlife sightings on Rinca and Padar while adhering to park capacity limits and conservation guidelines.
